We accept the return of any item purchased on MAAYA if it is returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order (ie sixteen (16) additional days from the legal withdrawal period)
Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions ...) allowing their remarketing in new condition. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not taken back.

To return an item, you must first contact the customer service by mail (preferable) or by phone at 0183539880 stating the invoice number and reference or related items as mentioned on the invoice
You will receive by mail a return label. you just have to stick it on the package to return to MAAYA, at the latest within ten days (10) days of receiving your email.

Return shipping via La Poste is your responsibility
The refund will be made via the means of payment used during the returned order.
For example, if the order for Products has been set by:
- Carte Bleue, and that your Carte Bleue is still valid, the refund will be made on the account attached to this Carte Bleue.
- Paypal, and that the Paypal account is still active, the refund will be made on this Paypal account.
For any other means of payment or in case of failure or impossibility of previous refunds, the refund will be made by check letter sent to the billing address.
